What Are Aggregate Sacks?

Aggregate sacks are heavy‑duty polythene bags used for packaging and transporting materials such as sand, gravel, stone, ballast and other bulk aggregates. They are commonly used in automated and semi‑automated bagging environments, where strength, seal integrity and stacking performance are critical.

All of our aggregate sacks are manufactured to order, allowing full control over size, thickness, material performance and print.

Supa Sak – Industry‑Leading Sack Performance

The majority of our aggregate sacks are manufactured using our Supa Sak polythene blend, developed and refined in‑house by Elite Plastics. The blend is tailored for each customer to suit their specific filling equipment, drop heights and handling requirements.

Printed sacks are subject to minimum order quantities, and we can advise on the most cost‑effective print specification for your volumes.

Film for Fill, Form & Seal Bagging Lines

In addition to finished sacks, our Supa Sak blend is available in film format for fill, form and seal (FFS) bagging lines. We manufacture both plain and printed films, engineered for excellent sealing performance and high line efficiency.

We are happy to conduct production trials alongside customers to ensure our film performs optimally on their bagging equipment before full‑scale supply.

While aggregate sacks remain a core product, our high‑strength sack constructions are also suitable for:
